This time the problem occurred is about the HP LaserJet P1505 printer that is connected directly to the ubuntu 12.04 LTS computer. Often problems occur when making printed documents, the HPlip panel show that the printer is not connected corectly.

Restore The Lost Xubuntu Panels

I have Xubuntu 8.04.3 desktop in my office daily used to do office tasks. though with the view that simple but xfce desktop used by Xubuntu is very useful in helping their daily work. the reason I use Xubuntu because my desktop computer is using old specifications, Pentium 4 2.66 GHz with 386 RAM.
But one day I lost two panels in Xubuntu desktop screen. may be this is accidentally because the computer is used by many people and they all have not understood how to use linux. to restore the lost panel I have use a simple command by pressing Alt + F2 on the keyboard and then the run program window appears. type "xfce4-panel" without the quotes, and click run or hit enter on your keyboard ... tralaaa the panel is return.. good luck

Displaying .mht Format on Ubuntu

I will guide you how to view or display mht files in linux specially in ubuntu. I just would like to mention that MHT is the format used by Internet Explorer to save a web / HTML page into a single file (or ‘web archive’) rather than creating an HTML text file plus a separate folder containing all of the page’s images and other media.

It is not a Microsoft format (nor is it proprietary). It’s actually based on an IETF RFC standard.
